BPM in Human-Powered Web Services (HumPWs)

Just today I posted a comment on this blog post,
Human-Powered Web Services
John makes a point about the fact that there is a divide on web service implementations in IDEs where IDEs cater for the autonomous patterns and not the Human Centric or "HumPWs" (Pronounced Humps, like in the song My Humps by Black Eyed Peas).

A lot of vendors, Appian and QPR have focused their BPM drive toward workflows and the HumPWs implementation underneath. I mentioned in the comment that Oracle and ARIS are also getting to that stage where your IDE, JDevelper will be ready to create HumPWs that can be deployed to an ESB.
